Making a Return
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, fill in the returns form at the end of the page and deliver the returns to our Singapore office. To be eligible for a gift card refund, all items must be in the same condition as you received them.
Please note that all sale items, any items that state final sale in the product description, and undergarments are not eligible for a gift card refund. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours and will be refunded via gift card. We cannot make exceptions for late returns as sellers will be paid after the return window.
How to make a return
After you submit your returns form submission:
Arrange a drop off of your returns at our Singapore office within 7 days of receiving your purchase in the mail* or within 10 days of receiving the pick up confirmation email for in-store order pickup.
*In the case of a failed delivery attempt by the courier, please note that the 7 day return period will start from the date the order is available for pick up at the Singapore Post Office.

As soon as you prepare for the shipment, please send us the tracking number via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. After we receive your package, we will verify the items and process a refund via e-gift card (valid for 12 months from the date of issue) within 7 business days.

For International Customers
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns to our international customers at this moment.

Please allow up to two weeks for us to process your return. You will receive an email with a refund via e-gift card (valid for 12 months from the date of issue) shortly after.
