  2. Click on SIGN-UP to register for an account and fill in the necessary details to complete the registration.
  3. You are now on the RETYKLE Dashboard. Click the START SELLING menu and select your preferred service.

Item Transportation Options:

  • Schedule a Home/Office Pick-Up
    Ensure that items to sell that meet our accepted brands list here. Third-party couriers will come directly to your door to collect the pickup.

Important Note:

  • If 80% of your items from a pick-up or drop-off consist of unaccepted brands or don't meet condition guidelines:
    • Your seller account will be reviewed for suspension.
    • You will be responsible for all transportation costs related to delivery and pick-up.
  • The next available booking slot is dependent upon our current supply capacity for processing. Our next available booking slots may be a few days or weeks in the future. When booking, the calendar will always be up to date with the next available booking slots.
  • If you are a retailer with excess inventory and would like to sell over 50 units with us, please contact us directly at hellosg@retykle.com before making a booking. Please note that if you proceed with a normal booking without an agreement from us, your items will be subject to donation and you will need to cover any associated transportation costs.

What is this?

  • This is our way of showing our appreciation to Retyklers! You’ll earn points for:
    • Purchases: You earn points for every dollar spent; the number of points varies based on your loyalty tier.
    • Selling: if you have chosen Tyke Points as your payment preference, you can receive 10% extra as compared to if you choose bank transfer.

Who can join?

  • Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled.

How do I earn points?

  • You’ll earn points for: 1) Signing up for an account, 2) Purchasing, and 3) Selling.
  • To see all the ways you can earn points, click the Earn Points tab in the Tyke Points Panel.

How do I view my point balance?

  • Once you have signed in to your Retykle account, your point balance is on the bottom left blue tab (on mobile) and the top right corner menu header (on desktop). Click in to see more details.

How do I redeem my points?

  • Select the tab called Get Rewards on the Tyke Points panel. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a discount code just by clicking the reward and using the code provided at checkout. Each code can be applied once and cannot be reinstated if there is a remaining balance.

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

  • No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

What do the 'approved', 'pending', and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

  • Approved: These points can be redeemed for rewards immediately.
  • Pending: These points need a short verification period by our team before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases after 14 days of purchase to account for a customer return processing period.
  • Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled).

Can I use my points during checkout?

  • Not directly - please redeem your points for a discount code in the tab Get Rewards in the Tyke Points panel. The code can then be applied during checkout.

How do I leave the program?

  • If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us at hellosg@retykle.com and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you, and you will lose any points you have accrued.

What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

  • Just contact us at hellosg@retykle.com and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

What happens to my Tyke Points if I return some of my purchased items?

  • Please note that Tyke Points accrued for items that have been returned and refunded will be deducted from your account. For example, if you return an item for a value of HK $50, your total accrued amount of points will be reduced by 50 points.

Do my points expire?

  • All points that are earned have a 12 month expiration period. If you do not place any orders over 12 months, your points will expire, and you will not be able to redeem them. Your seller points can be reinstated if they expire.

Selling

COMMISSION - UP TO 88% OF THE FINAL RESALE PRICE
Your earnings are calculated based on the final resale price of your item and its associated commission rate from the chart here.

Redemption is available after the 14-day grace period and no customer returns.

There are two redemption options:

  1. Redeem all owing earnings for store credit (Tyke Points) instantly. Please note that this action cannot be reversed.
  2. Request all owing earnings to your bank account.
    • Login to your account.
    • Click your profile icon and navigate to the Seller Activity menu.
    • Make sure to add or update your commission preference by going to the Commission Method tab.
    • Click on the Get Paid tab and choose Tyke Points transfer or Bank Transfer.

Important Note:

  • All Owing earnings accumulated up to the time of payout will be paid out on the 7th of the following month from the date of request. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you on/before the 7th of the following month.
  • To ensure that your Commission retains value over time, any balance that remains unredeemed for thirty-six (36) consecutive months from the date it became available will be automatically converted into an equivalent value of Tyke Points. This conversion is final and cannot be reversed. For more information, read our T&Cs here under ""Commission Redemption and Expiry"".

Fill up any disposable bag with all the items you wish to sell with us that meet RETYKLE ABC Standards, and make sure to include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Booking Reference in the bag

We offer door-to-door pick-up, shipping, and drop-off at our studio. Once we receive your items, we will take care of the rest. You can refer to our Condition Guidelines to better understand how we classify items.

Yes! We welcome new brand suggestions!

  • Email us at hellosg@retykle.com with the brand names before sending us items, so we can review for preliminarily acceptance.
  • Note: Items still need inspection upon receipt for quality, condition and authenticity.

Can I schedule a drop off rather than scheduling a pick up?

While we highly recommend creating an appointment to simplify the process, drop-offs without a scheduled appointment are permitted.

Yes, we welcome international sellers to join us!

Important Note:

  • We cannot cover shipping fees for international sellers at this time.

Guidelines and preparation procedures regarding Accepted Brands and how to prepare remain the same as Singapore sellers. Email us at hellosg@retykle.com for further steps.

You can expect your items to be posted based on the following timeline:

  • Day after booking date: You'll get an email confirming a safe receipt
  • 15 business days from receipt: Accepted items will be posted within 15 businss days, excluding public holidays. Please note processing times can be longer during peak periods (typically January to March).
  • After processing: You will receive another email notification stating that: "Your Little Shop is Ready", including the number of unaccepted items

When items are transported to Retykle, there are two options for unaccepted items:

  1. Return Insurance
    • To get unaccepted items returned to your booking address, make sure to choose 'Return Insurance' when making your booking. The processing fee is SG$5, which will be deducted from your future earnings. If all items are accepted, there will be no deduction.
  2. Donate to Charity
    • Items which have not been accepted will be donated to charity unless you have opted for return insurance at the time of booking to ship the items back to your address.
    • Opt to donate unaccepted items to charity, benefiting children and families as seen on our Charity Partners page.
    • Unaccepted items are final and cannot be listed, but we welcome any feedback at hellosg@retykle.com.
    • If you have not chosen any unaccepted method at the time of booking or drop off, then our system will default to "Donate to Charity". Items will not be retrievable in this case.

Important Note:

  • If no option is selected, we default to donating items to charity.

After 11 months of listing, sellers have the option to delist their items, or they will expire after 12 months of listing.

Delisting Items:

  • After 11 months of listing, sellers have 1 month to reclaim unsold items with a reclamation fee of SG$1 per item, deducted from future earnings.
  • The seller pays the return shipping fee upon arrival for reclaimed items.
  • All delisted items will require shipping rather than pick up.
  • If a seller requests for a return of any unsold items before the 11 month mark, a delisting fee of SG$8 per item will apply.

Expiration of Items:

  • If the seller doesn't reclaim an accepted item before it expires (12 months of listing), it becomes property of Retykle.
  • Unclaimed items after expiration are ineligible for commission and cannot be retrieved by request.

Check your Items Status:

  • Login to your account here > click My Seller Activity > click My Listings > Under Months Since Published column will help you track your items.
What is the Reclamation Processing Fee and why is it charged?

When you choose to reclaim an item, the processing fee helps cover the direct labor and administrative costs required to safely retrieve, verify, and prepare your items for return. Over the course of your item's lifecycle with us, a significant amount of care and overhead goes into managing it. The fee helps offset a small fraction of these accumulated costs, which include:
  • Professional Processing: Initial sorting, thorough inspection, professional garment steaming, photography, and digital listing creation.
  • Storage & Insurance: Secure, climate-controlled monthly warehousing rent, 24/7 security, inventory tracking, and individual item retrieval.
  • Operational Overhead: Platform technology maintenance, booking management, customer support, and active marketing to help find your items a new home.
Please note that this fee only covers the final physical retrieval and processing of your reclaimed items; it does not fully recover the total operational and storage overhead accrued during the months we spent actively hosting and marketing your items.

No, you will not receive commission if the item is returned to us.

If the item is relisted upon inspection again, you will receive commission on the item upon a successful sale, accounting for the 14-day grace period.

Resale prices are assigned based on comprehensive market research. As a general rule, the newer the item (with original tags is best) and the higher the original retail value, the higher the listing price.

The retail prices set (including markdown prices) are non-negotiable. Please note that items can be marked down anytime for sale promotions at Retykle's discretion to help increase the chances of them selling. For markdowns, sellers will receive the same commission rate on the markdown price.

Yes, as long as all brand and care labels are still intact and legible.

We also do not accept large items exceeding the size of a baby carrier, including furniture, strollers, and car seats.

Shipping

For Singapore shoppers

  • Purchases over SGD$60+, shipping is FREE
  • Purchases under SGD$60, a flat rate of SGD$6 applies at checkout

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivered within the same business day for orders placed before 4PM SGT, Mon-Fri only for a SGD$15 fee.
  • Orders placed on the weekend/public holiday will be delivered the next business day.

Important Note:

  • Expedited shipping is not available for large items - anything larger than a baby carrier. Some large items may require additional shipping fees, which would be stated in the product description and checkout.

For International Orders

  • All international orders will be shipped from Singapore and usually be received within 14 days. For the most up to date shipping rates, visit here.

Please note that import fees for your order are not included with our shipping fees and can be charged extra by your local authorities. For our returns policy, please visit here.

For Singapore orders, deliveries will arrive at your door within 2-5 working days of placing your order. For international orders, deliveries will arrive at your door in 7-14 days from the date of placing your order.

For local Singapore shipments, we primarily use Singapore Post, Ninjavan or EasyParcel.

For international shipments, we use a variety of carriers with tracking.

Shopping & Returns

You can make a return for any non-sale items within 7 days of receiving your order in mail or 7 days from date of store pick-up (arranged and paid by the sender before shipping to us). Sale items have the "Sale" tag on the product page.

Once we receive your return items, we will process your request within a week. Kindly note that we only offer a gift card (valid for one year) for return items. To proceed, check our returns policy and fill out the form here.

Please note that Tyke Points accrued for items that have been returned and refunded will be deducted from your account. For example, if you return an item for a value of SGD $50, your total accrued amount of points will be reduced by 50 points. 

Quality and Authenticity Assurance with RETYKLE:

  • Diligent Inspection: Each posted item undergoes thorough inspection for quality and authenticity.
  • Quality Assurance: We stand behind our listings, ensuring they match the promised quality.
  • Authenticity Guarantee: If you receive an item that doesn't meet the promised quality or raises authenticity concerns, we offer free return shipping.
  • Zero Tolerance for Counterfeits: Any seller attempting to submit counterfeits to RETYKLE faces immediate account suspension.

This can be a big challenge for parents, as the sizing can be different from one brand to another. On our product pages, if the item fits small, we will note it there. We list the manufacturer’s sizing in the product description. If you're unsure about how a particular brand fits, we advise you to check the official retailer’s size guide online. If you have questions, email us at hellosg@retykle.com. We can arrange to send you exact measurements if needed.

We have a small collection of items out on display for walk-ins. If you would like to see specific items, you may make a wishlist appointment by following these steps:

  1. Access your wishlist by clicking the heart icon at the top right of your screen (next to your profile icon).
  2. Click the icon link at the center of the wishlist screen.
  3. Click the copy link icon at the center of your screen.
  4. Make a wishlist booking by emailing us at hello@retykle.com and including the copied link of your wishlist.

Important Notes:

  • We allow for a maximum of 20 items per appointment. We can pull a maximum 3 extra items per appointment at the time of visit if required.
  • Each wishlist appointment is limited to 30 minutes.
  • We allow for 1 appointment per week.
  • If you do not come in on the day of your booking, your booking will be cancelled.
  • Wishlist viewing appointments must be scheduled at least 1 business day in advance

When waiting to receive a refund for returned goods, please allow 7 business days of processing time once the return arrives at our office.

We will inspect and approve the item. Then expect a follow-up email with a gift card if the item is eligible for return. 

Important note:

  • Items that are on sale are not eligible for return. Please check your order confirmation email to check if your item is on sale (extra-discounted item). 
  • Items that are returned that are ineligible will not be listed or available for collection.
