Part Time Retail Operations Assistant
Job Description
- Coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders
- Maintain the content of the company website through product photography, uploads and pricing
- Attend to customer enquiries and administrative matters
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on key operational KPIs
- Manage Stocks, Showroom Display and Store & Office Supplies
- Assist in offline events such as pop up events and other marketing and PR initiatives
- Handle other ad-hoc projects whenever necessary
Requirements
- Prior experience with e-commerce, retail operations and/or logistics a plus but not essential.
- Interest in technology, fashion, e-commerce, and/or sustainability
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture
- Enthusiasm for creating efficient processes and solving problems
- Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail, hands-on with organisation skills
- Fluent in English
- Permitted to work in Singapore (Retykle cannot provide a visa)
